Sarkaro Rakshathi Kendra (R.) is a registered NGO working towards elevating government administration and promoting professionalism in governance. The Kendra's mission is to move from "some how administration" to "full-fledged administration" through awareness campaigns, seminars, public meetings, and advocacy.

Purpose of Donations: All monetary contributions received by the Kendra are voluntary donations made in support of the Kendra's objectives, including but not limited to: (a) organising public awareness campaigns, seminars, debates, and essay competitions on Governance; (b) advocacy for governance reform and communal harmony initiatives; (c) administrative and operational expenses of the Kendra; (d) preparation and distribution of the governance manifesto; and (e) any other activity aligned with the Kendra's registered objectives.
2. 4.2. Nature of Payment: Contributions are donations, not fees for any service. The Kendra does not sell goods or services. No donation entitles the donor to any specific deliverable, membership benefit, voting right, or claim against the Kendra unless specifically agreed in writing.
3. 4.3. Payment Method: Donations are currently accepted via UPI/QR code as displayed on the website. The Kendra may introduce additional payment methods from time to time.
4. 4.4. Confirmation of Donation: After making a payment, donors are encouraged to notify the Kendra via the on-site form or by emailing the transaction details to the Kendra's official email address. This helps us maintain accurate records and issue acknowledgements.
5. 4.5. Non-Refundable: All donations are final and non-refundable. By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that the amount paid is a voluntary contribution and cannot be claimed back.
6. 4.6. Utilisation of Funds: The Kendra shall utilise all funds received exclusively for the furtherance of its registered objectives. The Kendra maintains financial records as required by applicable law and its governing rules. Donors may request a summary of fund utilisation by writing to the Kendra.
7. 4.7. Tax Benefits: The Kendra does not guarantee any tax exemption or deduction on donations. Donors are advised to consult their own tax advisors regarding the tax treatment of their contributions.
8. 4.8. No Obligation: The Kendra is under no obligation to accept any donation and reserves the right to return or refuse any contribution at its sole discretion.
