Governance — one word, one point programme. Where the root is starved by corruption and non-professionalism, the branches dry. Where the root is tended by professional, full-fledged administration, the tree flowers and bears fruit.

A nation stands on what it cannot see. Governance is the root system of every institution built above the ground — and right now, that root is being eaten from within.
Corruption and non-professionalism are visible diseases with visible cures. What the Kendra asks — and does not yet answer for you — is whether the democratic root itself is strong enough to carry the weight above it.

Governance has the authority to question the necessity of the Governor's office through the lens of Governance. It is not a party, not a slogan and not a season — it is the root system beneath every institution a nation builds above the ground.

This is the concept of the Kendra: to move from some how administration to full fledged administration. It means to see everything from the government's point of view — whether it is an individual, an organization or a system (the democracy system which we adopted).

Every structure must survive one question: is it necessary?
In simple terms: we believe no office or system should exist just because it always has. So we ask, plainly, of every one of them — is this still necessary?
That includes the Governor's office. It includes any person, organization or system we've come to take for granted — even the democratic system we currently follow. Nothing is exempt from the question just because it is familiar.

Main Objectives
The main objectives of Sarkaro Rakshathi Kendra

To move from the government's ‘some how administration’ towards ‘full fledged administration’.
- 02
Administering more professionalism in Government administration — to see everything from the government's point of view. That is, no individual, organization, or system (including democracy) should be a burden on the government.

To urge the United Nations to declare one day as “World Governance Day”.

To urge that peace committees be formed in sensitive areas where communal disturbances occur.

To urge the government to inculcate the text “Governance” in text books, as a lesson.

To organise public meetings and seminars, and to bring awareness amongst students by conducting debates, essay competition and other activities on the subject of ‘Governance’

To urge the government to regulate TV media that acts irresponsibly.

To compose a Government anthem, just as a national anthem exists.

Only a Sarkaro Rakshathi Kendra free of democracy's obligations, standing on the foundation of Indian culture and Sanatana Dharma, can bring communal harmony.
